This article refers to owners of retail stores, wholesalers, sellers and Grifon's premium network.
Returns are accepted only if there is an agreement with our store and it is mentioned in the invoice, or if the product was defective since its manufacture.
Returns can be made due to the fault of our company (if the wrong products were sent, or products of poor quality or defective.) Please note that all products are quality-controlled before being sent to us.
The first and necessary step, is that our store will be notified of your wish to return the product, and the claim to be accepted.
You can return the purchased products only if they are in exactly the same condition in which they were received and provided that they are accompanied by the packaging, if it had any, and all the necessary documents proving your transaction.
The cost of the return of products by post, courier or transport company in the area of the central warehouse or second warehouse are not covered by our company and are borne entirely by the sender/customer, unless the reason for return is the fault of Grifon company, in which case they are fully covered by our company. Please note that responsibility for the loss, damage or destruction of the product lies with the customer or the carrier if you have chosen insurance for the transport of the products. Prior to any return, it is recommended to contact our company’s customer service department.
The refund or replacement of the product will be completed within five (5) days from the date that our company has received it.
If the return is made by the customer without the fault of our company, 20% will be deducted from the value of the return for the following reasons: staff hours, packaging costs, inspection and relocation).
